ARTIST STATEMENT
I am an artist based in Texas who likes to dabble in multiple forms of artwork, but frequently goes back to painting and drawing. Growing up I had a lot of artistic influences around me, such as my mother and father who mostly focused on drawings, and my maternal aunt who makes jewelry.
Some of the main themes I like to explore is color, the human form, and abstract ideas. I also like to keep a lot of work from previous years to track my progress and growth, and to see where I need to improve on a little more. On this site I hope to demonstrate my strengths as well as showcase anything else I may be working on.
